Phương answers herself, usually the same day. The studio is in Ho Chi Minh City and works 9:00–20:00 Vietnam time (UTC+7) — so a reply may reach you overnight.
Coming to the studio
S2.01 Vinhomes Grand Park, 512 Nguyễn Xiển, Long Bình Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Open 9:00–20:00 daily, by appointment, so that Phương can receive you herself.
What the first conversation covers
On the video call Phương advises on designs and shows you fabrics on camera. The design and the cost are then settled in messages. Your pattern is cut for your measurements alone, never from a stock shape, and the dress is sewn exactly to them with no extra fabric left for later alterations — so the measurements are the step we take most care over (how to measure yourself at home).
Timing
We do not take rush orders for brides abroad; the schedule is counted back from your wedding date, so it helps to message early (how far ahead to order). The person you talk to is also the person who makes your dress — who sews your dress.
If you cannot come
LAM’S has made and sent dresses to brides in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea, Germany, Spain and Russia. You take your measurements at home with our guidance, see unretouched photographs of the finished dress before it is packed, and it is shipped to you with tracking.
